my unit was suppose to be install on Nov1- no call and no show. ok now Nov17 called again to confirm the night before and again no show and no call to give me a reason not. They took our money out on Nov 1, WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY IS THIS ?????? SO NO i DON'T KNOW THE LENGTH OF THE CORD., JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY MICROWAVE IS.

So as you may know I’m an unhappy customer due to how badly Best Buy treats a customer and very unprofessional.
