Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine came with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, but there’s usually an option to purchase an additional warranty from Best Buy. I would reach out to the store you purchased it from and give them the serial # and see what warranty you have for your microwave and if there’s something they can to do to help you fix or replace it.
