“Question....I cannot get popcorn to pop in this microwave. I thought it was the popcorn but I bought another box and that one wouldn't pop either. Is there something I'm not doing correctly?”

We had the issue of popcorn not popping as well but only when using the ceramic tray. When removed it and only used the glass tray it worked perfectly.
