• It sure does, Lisa! This model has a vent fan with both a "hi" and "lo" setting. ^Jecca

• Yes it has a vent function. My wife is asthmatic such that exterior venting is critical. The unit connected right up to the existing vent system with no problems. The previous unit was an old Sears that finally died. Nicely its installation rails were identical to the one this unit uses. Made it easy. Slides in.
