• A:Answer The electrical cord comes out of the top of the unit. It has enough wire length to put the receptacle inside of a cabinet above the location that you are mounting the microwave.

• A:Answer Sam, There is not preset for beverage specifically--however since there is such a variance to how people take their drinks, it might be a bit presumptive to assume all drinks should be heated to the same temperature. I use the +30 seconds button to add half-minutes from zero, so I can figure out what works best for me at any given time. Turns out a re-heat of my favorite coffee mug takes 2:30 when it is room temp, but only takes 1 minute to reheat my favorite cold pizza. Hope I've been helpful! D8

Q: QuestionWhat is the height requirement from cooktop to bottom of microwave? I see different answers some say 13-16 inches some say 18 depending on brand. I was supposed to have this installed and the installer said it should be 18 inches. I have 14 inches.

• A:Answer I would say it would depend on how much clearance you want between the cook-top and the microwave. I have 19 inches clearance on mine. I've worked on others that had less clearance and those smaller spaces make it more difficult to cook with larger pots and pans.

• A:Answer Hello, the speed of your vent fan can be adjusted based off the heat rising from the stove top. By selecting one of the speeds from your touchpad, it will change it. The vent fans prevent heat from rising so it doesn't overheat your unit. Thank you. ^SuSu

Q: QuestionCan we get a carbon filter for the vent on this model? We want to use this in a condo where we can't vent it out and must use the "recirculate" vent option. I understand the carbon filter is the best way to get rid of bad odors. Thanks! D
