Questionwhen I first installed this unit I rotated the motor and vented it out the roof... when I turn the exhaust fan on there’s still some air coming out of the hidden exhaust outlet where it would come out if it’s recirculating. Is this normal?

QuestionI purchased this new in february 2019. By October its simply quit working nothing working at all. Samsung sent out a tech verified it needed replacement parts. All fixed and worked well. Now in April it quit working again. Is this normal for thus model?

QuestionThe manual say that to replace the night light you would need a 20 Watt halogen lamp. When I went to purchase one I found out that there were different types of this bulb... such as T3 and T4..? Which bulb is the right bulb and type for this microwave?

- Answer Take the old bulb out and bring it to your hardware store. They can match it. And get an LED bulb.

- Answer YOU DO KNOW THERE IS A PLACE ON THE CONTROL PANEL TO TURN ON AND OFF THE TURN TABLE, PERHAPS IT WAS TOUCHED BY MISTAKE .
