“I have an opening width of 24-1/2" with a side wall extending forward on the side I'd like to have the fridge hinge. How much clearance does the hinge side need from the side wall so that the door opens properly? Thanks”

Hi There, Thanks for asking! Allow 2.5 inches of clearance on the hinge side of the refrigerator when installing next to a wall where the handle may make contact. Have a great day. ^Chrystel
