• Yes, I'm able to view high-definition streams from webcams. I use Google Hangouts, YouTube, and the Chrome browser to view these streams. No, there isn't a "Delete" key. The "delete" command can be carried out a number of different ways using this keyboard, such as, Selecting the content and hitting backspace or by selecting content and applying the "2-finger click" on the touchpad to "cut" an item.

• The keyboard does include a "backspace" key which you can use to delete. As far as using Ctrl+Alt+Del, that is a function on Windows platforms and would not apply on the Chrome OS.
