- Answer I've had bestbuy experiences when you had to purchase the warranty on the same day because the type of sale requiring it so, and I have purchased the item and warrantee weeks apart. I think your answer may be item/sale dependent too. Try calling it in w your purchase details.

QuestionI put an MicroSD card into the MicroSD card slot like how people plug in their usb drive, and now I want the MicroSD card out the same way but unfortunately the MicroSD card is all the way in. Can someone tell how to get it out easily on this laptop?

- Answer Not sure this works on your system but typically SD cards "click" into place when you push them in. Then you push them AGAIN and they "click" out so you can grab it and remove.

- Answer The battery is replaceable, you have to remove the screws from the back of laptop, and replace with a new battery, instructions come inside the box. Or you can bring it to Best Buy and they will change it for you. It also comes with a charger inside box.

- Answer Yes, you can do this but must reset your Chromebook settings so you are in Developer mode. You can play Google Play app games but not all are compatible.
