Having said that, you can read and write those file types using Google Docs, which is included. If you have a Gmail account and some of your own files on your computer, you can try that now before buying.

A:AnswerYou won't find this particular model listed on the Samsung website for unknown reasons. Could be that this unit is only produced to be distributed by BestBuy. I could not locate any software or firmware updates so chances are this model being phased out.
