Q: QuestionI just purchased today for my daughter. I've been trying to download stuff from the google play store and it keepa saying download pending. Im logged into her gmail account. Anyone knows the what problem is? Im also logged into wifi with strong signal.

• A:Answer Those are Microsoft products, whish won't run on a Chromebook. (They need a Windows machine.) Having said that, you can read and write those file types using Google Docs, which is included. If you have a Gmail account and some of your own files on your computer, you can try that now before buying. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer You won't find this particular model listed on the Samsung website for unknown reasons. Could be that this unit is only produced to be distributed by BestBuy. I could not locate any software or firmware updates so chances are this model being phased out.
