A:Answer Probably. I'm not really familiar with tethering myself, but from what I've read online, it seems pretty easy to setup with a Chromebook. Also, be aware that your Chromebook doesn't have to be online in order to use. Obviously, if you want to browse the web, send emails, etc., you would need to be online. But if you simply want to use your Chromebook to do other non-online tasks like creating and editing documents, use Photoshop, listen to music, etc., you can do all those things offline with a Chromebook.
