- Answer It may, but if it does it will tie up your memory and storage for a while. It could even lock it up. It's not meant to replace a major computer.

- Answer I don't think that MS Office can be loaded onto the Chromebook. If it will, it will be an abbreviated version and not too functional.

- Answer Yes, there's a MS Office version specifically for Chrome OS, and this Chromebook also runs Android apps, so you should also be able to run the Android versions of the individual Office programs as well.

QuestionI am looking for a laptop for my 10 year old. She will primarily use this for games like Roblox, Hello Neighbor, and her favorite is Moviestarplanet(which i know now only operates from chrome). Would this laptop be a good option for her?Other suggestions?

- Answer Roblox should work fine - haven't checked the others. Check the Chrome Web Store online to see if there's a specific Chrome OS app for the other games. If not, this Chromebook also runs Android apps, so if the game is on the Google Play store online, it should work. Personally, I think a Chromebook is an ideal choice for someone of any age. They tend to be simpler to use, more efficient, and virtually immune to malware.

- Answer Probably. I'm not really familiar with tethering myself, but from what I've read online, it seems pretty easy to setup with a Chromebook. Also, be aware that your Chromebook doesn't have to be online in order to use. Obviously, if you want to browse the web, send emails, etc., you would need to be online. But if you simply want to use your Chromebook to do other non-online tasks like creating and editing documents, use Photoshop, listen to music, etc., you can do all those things offline with a Chromebook.

- Answer Chromebooks cannot run fortnite. Not only is there not enough power but ChromeOS does not support it. It would be cheaper to either purchase a PS4 or XBO. With the amount you'd need to spend on a PC based laptop capable of running it smoothly a gaming system would be a much better purchase

- Answer There is both a MS Office app and a separate One Note app specifically for Chrome OS, but I don't know if either can be used offline. There are also Android versions of the other Office programs that can be used offline, but didn't see one specifically for One Note. But there are lots of other note apps available for both Chrome OS and Android.
