It really depends on if you have to use windows based apps. My personal experience with a chromebook is that it will do everything your android phone will. Web surfing, anything in the Google catalog, things like that. I am able to use Microsoft Onedrive storage on my chromebook and Zoom works well too. Before making the jump, check out what all your work apps are and do a google search for chromebook / android compatability.
