“Is this a good computer that can handle a game that constantly tells me I need a minimum of 500 RAM to keep advancing with updates without causing me trouble in game?. I'm old lady. Help! Don't want to spend a lot on laptop.”

What kind of game is it? Check the specs on this computer if it meets the specs your game is telling you that you need I would follow that. There are a lot of gaming laptops out there but they tend to be expensive.
