• No. This device runs Chrome OS. This is a Linux-based operating system created by Google. It's really a web-based device and you cannot install applications which are windows or Mac based (like the Microsoft Office suite or Adobe Photoshop).

• Sort of... The device itself does not have windows 10, it ships with Google Chrome Operating System. That means you get all your apps from google App Store or Android App Store. Now compatibility with Windows 10, this device cannot run windows 10 apps, but you shouldn't have a problem sharing documents with a friend using windows.
