“Can I simply plug these Samsung speakers by wires to my receiver if i do not want to use any wireless properties? I simply want to use them as regular rear speakers as my receiver does not have any wireless properties and I do not have a center speaker.”

• You could, but the question is why? Unless you intend to use the wireless base in the future, why not just buy a pair of decent wired surround speaker.

• But, note that the IMPEDANCE of this speaker is 3. Your Av RECEIVER must be compatible.
