QuestionI have a HW-KM55C Samsung sound bar. I'd like to add a rear speaker kit to get surround sound. I'm told that the only kit that pairs with this sound bar is the SWA-8000S. This kit is no longer being sold by Samsung. Is there another kit or brand avail?

QuestionI have the HW-KM45 and I bought the rear speakers to go with the sound on at, but I tried the troubleshoot method a bunch of times and it still won't connect.. only the subwoofer connects.. I've tried everything and it just blinks and won't stay solid

- Answer Yes if you lucky in the open item area probably going to need the swa-8000s they support I’m thinking all the k series from Samsung sound bars I was lucky to find a pair I have the k-550 and it paired with no problems

- Answer SWA-8500S/ZA is for HW-M360/ZA (M series) and the SWA-8000S/ZA is for the HW-K360 (K series).

QuestionI just purchased Samsung HW-M450 with rear wireless kit SWA-8500S. The rear wireless receiver will not pair with the soundbar. The light just blinks blue. Do not receive the ID SET message from bar. Phone and Subwoofer paired fine.

- Answer Ensure that your soundbar is on the pair list. Certain newer models will not work. These are in fact a older set of speakers. Hope all goes well.

- Answer Having connected our swa-8500s rear speakers to our Samsung HW-KM57C sound bar, pairing to the rear speakers cuts off the woofer. Cannot use all 3 components, sound bar, woofer and rear speakers at the same time.
