- Answer Make sure the wire is not pushed all the way into speaker hole..Same thing happened to me the wire should only be in as far as the exposed wire..

- Answer The manual was vary vague. I did find an owners manual on line at the Samsung web site, again it didn't really tell you speaker placement or where to put them for optimum sound. The sound from them is great, the manual on set up isn't.

QuestionIs their a sound bar kit that has more watts than 160 that will match up with the HW-K450. Is each speaker 160 watts and thats why the HW-K450 is 300 watts

- Answer So far It's been a great unit, the guys at Best Buy have been very helpful with helping me choose the best unit for my sound bar. The sound bar kit adds great clarity to the overall sound I was looking for.

- Answer It appears there is only the one connection for the 2 speakers. Unfortunately, this product was not compatible for our current setup, so we will have to return.

QuestionI have speaker wire running from the two places these speakers would go to the connection hub. I see the speakers have std speaker wire connections, but do I need special connectors for the wire connecting to the hub if I'm using my own speaker wire?

- Answer The hub has a unique wiring setup and you would have to use this wire to hook up your speakers to the hub.

QuestionI have a Samsung HW-J500R Sound bar and Woofer and am using it with a Roku TV. There is no left/right separation to the sound. When a car approaches from the left I should hear that. SWA-8000S/ZA speakers are suggested. Will this work?
