I wish I could answer your question but, unfortunately I am still waiting on the delivery of the refrigerator that I ordered and paid for on Sept. 10, 2021. I have been refrigeratorless for 3 months. Very disappointed in Best Buy's customer Service .

However, Samsung does recommend allowing a minimum of 2 inches of spacing on all sides of the refrigerator to allow for proper ventilation. ^Jecca
