• A:Answer Our Samsung ice maker works perfectly, provides us more ice cubes than needed. Not sure who works on them service wise as we have not had any problems, although we did purchase the extended warranty so would assume the Geek Squad may provide service if and when needed.

• A:Answer 8/13/2024 ~ Had mine delivered today and the side was a concern as it is easy to see from the living room. It does not match the front. It is not silver/stainless. It is a textured material, charcoal gray in color , darker than the front but not jet black. Hope that helps.
