“WE have problem with water in the Vegetable & Fruit Drawers. WE changed the inside temperature, from cooler to less cool. But we still see water in those drawers. Only in the drawers. The rest of places inside are fine. What should WE do?”

This happens due to the condensation drain line being frozen and the water overflows into the cabinet. It's a notorious issue with Samsung french door units. The back panel in the fridge can be removed and, using a hair dryer for a while or just leaving the unit turned off, you can clear the line. There are a couple videos on Youtube showing how to do this and get a replacement piece to help prevent it from happening in the future. I just did mine a couple days ago.
