A:AnswerThe installers said it would take approximately 4 to 6 hours to cool down but, our experience was within 3 hours the temperature had dropped to level cold enough to put our food back into the refrigerator. The freezer took a little longer but within 4 hours were were good to go. Hope that this helps.
