Can this be purchased without the ice cube maker? null

Yes the model number ends in 13 instead of 15. And clearly shown at Samsung website. Exact same product without ice maker. As if you remove ice maker from one with it you need plastic piece to cover small hole.

I do not have the ice maker hooked up in my freezer. But the ice maker is in there in case I need it later. You can remove the ice cube bin. I don’t know if the ice maker can be removed completely.

No. The icemaker is an integral part of the freezer. The ice storage bin can be removed, though, if you use the freezer area as a refrigerator space.
