“Can the door guards be adjusted? Moved higher or lower? Can you install an additional door guard? If so, what part number it would be? (There are a couple available on Amazon). The current door guard setup doesn't work in our household.... Thanks!”

You can remove either of the long door guards and you can move the butter holder from one side to the other. But there is no ability to add a 3rd full-width door guard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The door drawers are made of a very fragile plastic and were broken easily on the corners and are no longer fixed in the door. Each of this part cost around $51.00 when you buy on "Samsung parts" and it has 4 of them inside the refrigerator which are very easily to broke, so, its mean that you need around $200.00 to fix this manufacture problem whish is not include in the guarantee. This is not a good deal when you buy an expensive item and have poor quality. My Dyson vacuum has a very strong plastic material and never have been broken even they fix every issue with the product with no cost. Never buy Samsung, never never never!!!
