“I bought this refrigerator without an ice maker. The only problem I have is that the freezer is way too cold. I have it at the lowest setting for cold, but it's still too cold. Ice cream is hard as a brick. Has anyone had this problem?”

I am sorry I have not. I do know sometimes if freezers don’t have to much in them. They can over freeze some items. Sorry ~ I couldn’t be more help.
