Q: QuestionCan you move shelves to another height or is the only way to adjust to take them in or out? I cant see any other places in the picture of the inside of the fridge to move a shelf to if you need more space. Can you move the top deli slide box lower?
Asked by Rosa.
- A:Answer Hi Rosa, Yes, this fridge model has adjustable shelves. Adjustable shelves slide in and out, adjusting the height to store taller items easily. However, the deli top drawer isn't adjustable and can't be moved from its placement. Have a great day! ^Chrystel

Q: QuestionHow many amps does this refrigerator use (so that I might know if it can be used with other devices on the same circuit)?
Asked by argh42.
This question was asked about the related product: Samsung - 17.6 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - White
- A:Answer I don't know why Samsung is being so cagey about the answer to this question. I have seen the question asked repeatedly in different ways and thought that I might ask in yet another way. Still they refuse to answer. So, being as I have 2 of these fridges, I looked in the door and it says 3.5A. Don't take my word as gospel, but I would figure that this is true for the rest of the same model.

Q: QuestionI have a reverse osmosis system going from kitchen sink to refrigerator to make ice. It calls for a dummy filter to the ice maker, Can you provide me infor for a dummy filter?
Asked by Dano.
- A:Answer That's a good question, Dano. Since you already have a filtered water line, a water line installation kit would be the best solution for you instead of a dummy filter. Q: QuestionJust purchased this open-box model. Plugged it in and "Fridge off" light keeps blinking on and off and I can't press any other buttons. Can't control temperature for refrigerator or freezer. Both areas seem to be cooling but no control. Any ideas?
Asked by JoelT.
- A:Answer So after contacting TotalTech because allegedly their service would be awesome, they referred me to Samsung even though I just bought the fridge 1 day prior. Spoke to Samsung three different times, they took me through the troubleshooting, send me a link for repair and the repair was going to cost $570. Almost exactly what I paid for the fridge in the first place. Called back and they said I was out of warranty. Awesome. But the third person finally helped me with a key press combination on the fridge to help reset that panel and that worked. Let's see how long that works for and let's see what happens with the warranty situation. And don't bother with Totaltech. Total waste of money.
