Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I switched the swing on my doors as well, no problems at all. The instructions say to remove the door seals (gaskets) and rotate them 180 degrees then reinstall. It could be that was not done. I think there is a taper or thickness difference on the hinge side. They are very easy to remove and reinstall so it may be worth a try.
