“Where is the temperature control switch or dial on this refrigerator”

Thanks for asking! The control panel of this model is located at the top of the door frame, inside the refrigerator. ^Jecca

Open freezer door and look up and you will be looking right at it. On left there will be word freezer just push to change levels.
