“Do the random popping/cracking noises lessen over time? So disappointing. The manual says it's normal to hear cracking noises as the internals expand and contract. My 14 year old fridge never did this. :(”

Nope, the popping, cracking noises seem to be a permanent part of the operation of this refrigeratior.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you sleep beside the refrigerator, you will get used to the sounds and eventually won't even notice them. I sleep feet away from my frig, and the sounds don't bother me anymore. It was delivered 9-15-20. I am definitely NOT disappointed with this refrigerator!
