A:AnswerYes. I didn’t realize it until I read this question but we do have to push it closed. I guess it doesn’t really bother me too much and it does alarm if the door is open too long. We’ve so far only had that go off when loading groceries into it so the door issue does not seem to be that noticeable to us but you are correct. It does not close like our older fridge.
A:AnswerIt takes time for the little container to fill with ice cubes. It will only make about 6 at a time. You will need to be patient and wait for it to make more. I think it took mine about 2 hours to fill the container.
A:AnswerYes, it comes with an icemaker or without. Buy it with or without an icemaker. Or do what I did, buy it with an icemaker but keep it off to save electricity. It doesn't take up too much space in the freezer. Shop at all stores that carry Samsung refrigerators. You may have to Special Order to get one without an icemaker. Most people want an icemaker. You can always remove the icemaker yourself. See owner's manual.

A:AnswerCall Samsung. I couldn't find that answer in the owner's manual. Consumer Reports rated this refrigerator as QUIET! And I can say it is. Quieter than my last frig. Occasional sounds are not disturbing -- normal, per owner's manual.
A:AnswerI just bought one of these. I have a gallon of milk in my hand. The gallon does *NOT* fit in the door nor on any shelf. I cannot reposition any shelf to hold this standard gallon of milk..... much to my surprise.
