I'm having the same problem and the Samsung helpline could not help troubleshoot the issue. I believe the problem is the freezer over freezing and pushing cold up through the lines. This is a major design flaw. I'm very frustrated!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have same fridge-purchased about 16 months ago. Up until beginning September was very satisfied with it. HOWEVER, I am now having the same problem you are with water accumulating in both crisper bins. I have read many reviews on other websites & A LOT of owners are complaining of the same problem. Many of them have tried doing what you did; others have called repairman to look at fridge. From the reviews, repairman are saying this leaking problem is happening in a lot of these refrigerators. Also that they have contacted Samsung but Samsung refuses to acknowledge there may be widespread defect in this model. I don't know what to do about this either as warranty has expired-how convenient for Samsung!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your RF217ACBP. If the amount of water in the vegetable drawers is more than would typically be caused by condensation, then service would be needed to help determine the cause and find a solution. Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
