“Do I have to use the ice maker? I don't want to use the ice maker or any water with this refrigerator...will the rest of the refrigerator operate correctly without any hookup to a water source or will it beep or be totally non-operational without a water source...I do not want to hook it up to any water source because I dont want to use the ice maker or water.”

I do not have mine hooked up to any water and have had no problems.
