• No, this soundbar doesn't have an audio delay function, and you need to be AWARE that when you turn on your television with the soundbar connected, which is the normal practice I'm sure, the soundbar announces in a LOUD VOLUME that the digital audio function is on. There is no way to turn this announcement off as far as I was able to determine--I even went back to the store and asked them what to do about it--so the only workaround I found was to remember to turn my volume on my television all the way down before turning it off. If you do that, you won't hear the announcement. I considered returning the soundbar because of this annoyance, but I was told this function was the same on all soundbars in this price range.

• This does have a sound sync function. Mine still does sync perfectly with my tv which is very annoying. The remote has a “settings” button that is used to adjust treble, bass and sync.
