“I have Netflix and it will not work with my sound bar. I have the Netflix picture but I get my TV sound, i.e. my picture was The Toy Story and my sound was Monday night football. What am I doing wrong?”

• I have Netflix and have not experienced this problem. You must not have the correct connection to your flat screen witha stick operation.
