Sound bar only says Hello- no sound- no sound null

I’m not sure what you are asking but did you change the settings to Bluetooth and connect it with your TV/device or connect the audio cord to the tv? I did both just in case.

The volume control is a little unorthodox. To increase the volume you push it upward and there is nothing on the remote that indicates that. Check that and check you connections.
