QuestionJust purchased and the remote isnt working. we changed batteries and still isnt working. remote/LED does not light up when buttons are pressed. We have hooked up the whole system. can we just get a new remote without returning the whole thing?

- Answer I corrected this by going to sound in the menu and changing the input from auto to PCM ...I am using a Toshiba ... not sure what the samsung equivalent is

- Answer This soundbar maintains the set volume even when the power is turned off. However, if you have enabled the "Volume restriction function" the volume adjusts to 20 when the set volume is higher than 20. You may turn On/Off the Volume restriction function by pressing the Bluetooth POWER button on the remote control for 5 seconds.

- Answer Might have to go into settings on the TV to sounds and choose the sound bar for the Bluetooth for some reason I had to do this every time I turned on my sound bar and now when I turn on my sound bar automatically connects to the TV don’t know for sure why but it does make sure you have the sound bar on the BT
