A:AnswerIt must not be connected properly as my soundbar/subwoofer is loud even at 12, and audible from 2 and above. I recommend double checking connections as per the manual. HDMI provides the highest quality sound and best when connected using the TV ARC HDMI port.
A:Answermine feeds off a 65" Series 8 Samsung so the integration is perfect. about a 10 second delay from TV power until the built-in speakers switch over to the soundbar.
A:AnswerI use an optical cable from the cable box to the sound bar and connect the HDMI from the cable box to my projector and that works great.
For my computer, I connect the sound bar to the computer with an HDMI cable and that works great as well.

A:AnswerThere’s a good chance it may but it most probably has to be the identical Subs for compatibility sake. Take this advice with a grain of salt since I have not tried this before and cannot attest to it fully.
A:AnswerIf you are using the power adapter that came with it, that should have not happened at all. That’s why you need to use the power adapter since it reduces power and static interference that may affect the speakers and cause the popping sound.

A:AnswerWe never could get ours to stay connected. After 4 days, we exchanged the Samsung model for an LG soundbar system that immediately connected and stays connected and sounds better than the Samsung. Plus, the LG soundbar/subwoofer were $50 cheaper than the Samsung.
