• Make sure you are using hdmi 4 on the tv. It may fix the issue

• There is a delay setting on the soundbar. Try setting to zero. Also, I had this same issue and noticed that my TV had its own delay setting (in the sound settings menu of the tv). Once I set my TV to no delay and the soundbar to no delay, problem solved! Good luck..

• Push the sound control button on the remote until you find the Audio Sync setting. Adjust milliseconds accordingly.
