Hi Ken! Certain cable providers offer universal remote solutions with their cable boxes. I suggest contacting XFinity regarding the remote you have for your package, and the pairing instructions for audio equipment. Samsung remote codes are supported by an extremely wide range of universal remote options. Once paired you will be able to control volume and power with the universal remote. ^Tim
