“I cant connect my phone to Bluetooth, the sound bar never pops up for syncing, how do I fix this”

You can only pair to one device at a time using bluetooth. Not counting the subwoofer. Before pairing delete any other device it may be picking up first and any device you may have paired to previously. Hope this helps.
