When the sound bar connected to power it should show display on the center of the bar , otherwise , the sound bar is broken and you could take it to best buy to check or replace or call Samsung USA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I brought this soundbar for Christmas and the sound and display stopped working the second time using it. After unplugging it overnight, the next day it worked but the display either showed erratic flash of lights or it didn’t worked.
