QuestionDo have to have a Samsung TV to use this product? I have an older model RCA HD TV. Does this product work on various TVs? Do I have to use Bluetooth to connect?

- Answer One option to connect the the tv is by using a toss link cable if you have an older tv. Using Bluetooth can also work if your tv is compatible

- Answer Yes the fire stick has nothing to do with the soundbar the sound bar has to do with the TV speakers and that's where your fire stick plays. I have a fire stick hooked up to the TV also.

QuestionIs there no changing of the settings manually on this sound bar? Pushing the settings button on this remote doesn’t do anything. Nothing shows up.

- Answer It should change the setting shown on the small internal led display. It should show categories like “Treble” and “Bass” that can be altered. If it isn’t doing that but responds to other remote commands, you must have a defective unit/remote.

QuestionI bought this, there's 10 answers here that say it will work with a Samsung TV remote to control volume. Andwered by samsung on here. Finally contacted Samsung and they said it doesn't. Why do you have the wrong answers here? Only reason I bought it

QuestionNo display on face of sound bar , it was on top. Samsung logo was upside down and control panels were from right to left. Why? Also would not connect sounder an subwoofer.

- Answer If you had the face upward you did not have the soundbar in the correct position you should be able to see the volume and the connection on the front of the soundbar it looks like it should be a different way but if you look at the picture in the instructions you'll see that the light does face Forward

- Answer Only if your tv supports it and you’ve connected this soundbar via Bluetooth. So likely no, you want either a soundbar that supports smart controls or a soundbar with HDMI/ARC

QuestionCan I hook up additional Samsung speakers to this unit for a greater surround sound experience?

- Answer I wanted to make sure I was telling you straight so I pulled the soundbar off the wall and thoroughly searched for an input or output and found nothing to indicate you can build out an expanded true surround sound system. I now wish I had thought about this or at least been given the opportunity to choose but I failed my due diligence so its on my shoulders. Hope this helps you out. Thanks kindly.

- Answer My guess is that if you can mount your TV on the ceiling, uhh amazing, then yes you can mount this unit anywhere your TV is mounted. Good luck and boy, curiosity is killing me just how your install went to the ceiling. Just quick analysis in my finite brain that anywhere you mount anything goes to include ceilings too.
