- Answer Hello Greg, When using a Digital Optical cable with the HW-A430 Soundbar you will have the ability to control the soundbar using the TV remote even if it isn't a Samsung TV. This will also give you the most stable connection as there might be things within the room to interfere with a wireless Bluetooth connection. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionDo you get as good of sound using Bluetooth compared to using optical or hdmi cable?

- Answer Sound quality is the same, but if you use optical cable which it’s included in sound bar it adjusts to your tv faster and also your remote than pairing with Bluetooth. I would highly recommend using the optical cord so you won’t hear the echo of your tv.

QuestionI recently bought my soundbar the bass isn’t good, it’s at +6 I still can barley feel it. The volume is ag 20 the bar is really loud but the woofer is so quiet. Any help?

QuestionCan the sound bar be installed on top of the TV? My TV is above a fireplace mantle with very little clearance between the mantel and bottom of the TV. Thanks.

- Answer Hi KG98, The HW-A430 Soundbar comes with fixed L brackets for wall mounting. You will want to measure out how the distance where you plan on mounting so you know that your power cable and TV cables will be long enough. ~Samsung Solutions
