• No but it had 4 speeds. Blower is pretty powerful on this model.

• No. Exhaust fan stays constant. Works just as well as a standard non-microwave. Con? Price. Make sure before you install under cabinets that you have small cabinets as this microwave is larger in your home than it appears in the showroom. Great product!
