A: This microwave will require you to spend a few minutes cleaning it. I clean it after each time we use the grilling feature. It's easy as long as you keep up with it and don't neglect cleaning it regularly it it is not difficult
A: microwaves control is all on the glass door. so it won't leave any depression. the touch pad is really sensitive, so I will not be really surprise if your 5 year old can turn it on by herself.

A: I did same thi8ng purchased open box with no template nor no hardware nor no glass turn table. Call Samsung they will send it out to you. The template is a PDF file and same with the owners manual. SO you will have to print both.
