Does this come with mounting bracket? null

Yes it does. Took me about 2 hours to install.

Yes. It comes with a bracket that mounts to the wall that the back of the microwave sets on. Then it has two screws/bolts that are meant to come through an upper cabinet and screw into the top of the microwave. I didn't have an upper canine to so I had to make a bracket for the front.
