Purchased several months ago as a match to our Samsung gas cook range. Fits our kitchen decor perfectly and has been flawless in performance. It is feature packed and provides us the microwave functions we need. Not to mention it looks rally great above our gas range.

Open box microwave was a terrific deal. Especially pleased with the installation job that Steve had done. Very good experience.

We're very happy and pleased with the purchase of Samsung microwave.

First the bad: it's only 1000 watts for microwave heating; for the price I would expect at least 1100 for added convenience. But I can't knock it much for that because I knew it going in. Overall the microwave is great and the added browning/toasting makes it even better. Toaster ovens take up valuable counter space and don't have much use, so including it in an over the range unit is genius. The microwave is also huge inside, so you don't have to worry about tight fits. All smart controls are posted for quick reference. I was iffy about using the metal rack while in microwave/grill mode, but it works just fine.

Great unit, good looking ... Pros : large door, great looking inside (isn't white or yellowish after few months), easy to clean, touch pad located on the door and of course grill option ... Grill ... could be better .. maybe in conjunction with convection. You can really grill a fresh meal - I grill pretty often salmon, chicken and taste really great ... Microwave I use only for heating up milk :) Don't get me wrong - it really works but 1500W is not enough if you consider size of the microwave ... I understand this is a top limit for single circuit. I just wish my toasts would be more crunchy LOL I know they can do better so I am rating it @ 4.5 Easy to install, easy to clean and easy to use. No cons !

I was very surprised by the multiple cooking modes that this microwave is capable of providing. If you were living in a place with a very small kitchen this would be a go to appliance. It also looks sleek and modern and the controls are very comprehensive. An excellent microwave.

Touch pad controls cover everything I need. Power grill is tricky to learn but great from there. Very good looking too.

Have not used the sensor cooking yet so not a complete review. The microwave works well, the microwave/grill works well. It took me a few tries to realize you don't have to push the buttons hard. They work much like the buttons on a cell phone, only slower. Laying your finger slowly on the button causes it to work. Fan is somewhat noisier than our last one, but this is a larger unit.

This microwave has the controls on the bottom of the door, so the door spans the entire front of the unit. Once installed, it opens much "bigger" than our old microwave did. I did not consider this when buying the microwave. Just something to keep in mind - it always feels like we have to step back when opening the door. Other than the door issue, the microwave is great. It cooks as expected, and the defrost functions work really well. The electric element that sits at the top of the microwave has been useful, we use it for things like chicken fingers, pizza, etc. It's great being able to get something from the microwave that is crispy, even if it does take longer than just microwaving.

I got this microwave to match my stove, it has a grill on the upper side to toast food while microwave heats... it is very spacious and it has a very sleek design. easy to use!!

The design & size of the microwave are great. We have not yet used the grill feature. The vent is powerful & the lighting is much brighter than our prior microwave. We have noticed that the microwave will occasionally spontaneously beep & display the number "7", but otherwise we have no complaints.

Got a CRAZY good deal on this so was too good of a price to pass up, If I remember correctly, this had a MSRP of over $500 which I’ll admit seemed steep for a microwave, but it is 2018 and it is an Over (OTR)The Range mircrowave & finished in stainless steal & name brand. I was lucky enough to find this as a floor model which was missing the manual for it and had a dent in the side which was fine with me as when you mount it the side is inclosed in the wood of the kitchen caninets anyways and makes the side not accessible or viewable, I purchased it for a jaw dropping $168 which included tax! The unit works great & has an awesome futuristic look & feel to it and if you’re like me in any way, and like to be unique or have interest in sticking out from the crowd and having those one of a kind, unique stand out items that turn heads or are different from the rest, this is definitely the microwave for you! It takes some getting used to wirh the touch screen LCD buttons being aligned across the front bottom of the mircowave and does have a very large opening door but I purchased the item for my parents who are in their early 70’s and not a fan of new age electronics & they actually LOVED it and couldn’t be happier, did the install myself which wasn’t very hard or time consumjng but would recommend doing with a friend or family member as 2 people much for much less of a hassle with this and although it’s not super heavy, it would be struggle for 1 person to instal.

Had this microwave for a couple months and have no complaints. Works great. The presets for certain foods work great. Used the grill a couple of times and still getting the hang of it but it works close to a broiler. Overall happy with this purchase.

This giant microwave is the best! Easy to use and has soo many awesome features!

this is one of the best microwave in the market. a lot of features. I haven't tried the power grill yet but I'm sure it's a great addition feature to a microwave.

It heats up food really well and strangely more evenly than my old one. It also heats it quicker (9 seconds to warm a cup of water instead of 11) despite it being the same wattage. What stops me from loving this microwave is the buttons are a little hard for me to press. For some reason either I am pressing next to the button or it's simply not registering each touch. An annoyance but nothing critical compared to the microwave actually working.

I love the PowerGrill feature, but to be honest the thing I like most is being able to quickly wipe down the inside of the microwave. The interior is made of a coating that allows for easy cleaning. With three teenagers - my last microwave actually looked burnt inside and started peeling. I purposely looked for a microwave that I didn't have to worry about peeling.

My favorite thing is the numbers on the bottom. Everything runs very smoothly and is easy to navigate

I have only owned microwave for a few weeks and have not utilized all the features yet. I'm disappointed that there is not a melt or soften option. Also with the key pad on bottom I cannot see inside as items are cooking and I can't tell if cheese is too melted without having to open the door to keep checking. I love the look of the product but I kinda miss the features on my old microwave. Looking forward to trying the grilling option soon. It is much faster than my old unit, I guess I just need time to learn all the features.
