We bought this microwave because it matched our other appliances and because of it's features and looks. Love this unit. Not one bad thing to say. Works perfectly every time. Powerful and the controls on the glass is simply great! Could not be happier.

I really love this microwave, but I couldn't give it 5 stars because of its poor user's manual, if you can call it that. We love the features, but more guidance on using the power grill features would be helpful.

I needed to replace a GE microwave and selected the Samsung based on features, robustness and price. The grilling element adds some more flexibility to the appliance, although the automatic settings for the grill are somewhat inaccurate and the cooking times often need to be tweaked for most dishes. Also, the base unit that controls the turntable is made of cheap plastic and is difficult to engage with the glass tray. I am hoping this part does not break on me. Otherwise, the microwave itself is excellent, very powerful, cooks evenly and is easy to program and use. The blower fan is extremely powerful with 4 speed settings and the range light is considerably brighter than most OTR units. So far I'm happy with the unit and as long as the turntable doesn't break I'll use it for years.

We purchased the microwave with the grilling feature, turned out to be a great move! The grilling feature works great alone or with the microwave function. Very easy to use! Highly recommend.

Appearance is great. Controls easy to understand and use

This is a great microwave. First one came damaged but was replaced. Still not sure how to use all the features yet. Never received a manual so had to call Samsung for info. I was a little disappointed with the light for the stove. I think it could have been a lot brighter. It's a very attractive microwave and looks great in my new kitchen.

The grilling feature did a great job on the mozzarella sticks. None of them exploded. The microwave has lots of presets and the few I used so far worked well.

I love our new microwave. Plenty of room inside and I love the buttons on the bottom- makes them easier to reach. It's easy to use, though figuring out how to set the clock was tricky. The only thing I don't love is how it closes. It's not all the smooth, but a small price to pay all things considered.

It has a lot of options I like that you can grill as well as microwave the only thing I think that would improve it is that they would put grill cook book in it

We bought this model Samsung after we had a bad experience with a previous model that we owned for 3 months that is no longer made. We have had this model now for 2 months and it works great and has had no problems. The only criticism I would add is that if you try to push the buttons too fast it doesn't work. It has a +30 sec button that I try to press 4x to get 2 mins but I have to press it a little slower than I would like.

Haven't had this microwave very long, so haven't had a chance to use many of the features. What I have used has worked well. The only drawback that I did not think about prior to purchase was that there would be no internal light due to the burner's placement. I miss the light.

It works well enough but not as well as it should for the price. For example there are low, medium, and high settings for the fan and the two lower do not seem to have that much difference other than noise. The high setting is far too loud to use and talk around. The included grill plate and rack are cumbersome to store when not in use. Also there is a beeping issue. It seems to beep when the temperature is on the warm side. Not necessarily hot even which is a negative for something installed over a stove. It seems that around 10 or so minutes after the kitchen is vacated the microwave will start beeping randomly. It will flash to hit the OK or Stop button. It does this even when it was not used at all; not the fan or light even. A better explanation of this can be found on line.

Good microwave, bought it about two months ago. Haven't use the power grill option yet, wished it had a reference list for food and cooking times. Owners manual is very generic ( many models # manuals) , took a while to figure out how to set the clock.

Very happy with it so far. I would suggest two improvements. The door is too big. Wouldn't it be nice if a manufacturer made one with reversible doors? Also, owners manual is very poor. Very little info on how to operate. Trying to save a tree, I guess.

I like the microwave, it has alot of features. Easy to use. Nice grilling feature.

Bought this to replace my Kenmore that died. Was very east to install. Works like a dream,easy to use and setup. Best Microwave I have owned so far.
