Great Microwave !

I haven't used all of the features yet but love those that I have used. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The guys Best Buy sent to install it did an outstanding job

Super Microwave for the value

After using it for 30 days we wanted a unit with more one button operations. The next model up has 6 quick cook functions that we do multiple steps with this model. The convenience adds $100 to the cost. Gotta consider if it is worth it. This microwave is the same power and quality as the other two we considered, yet $150 less. Gonna keep it.

At first I thought it was just going to be a gimmick. I sure was pleasantly surprised. I have made salmon which came out delicious. Next was grilled chicken breast and it turned out really good. I'm so happy with this microwave!

Its power grill feature that allows you to defrost and cook items such as pizza more like an oven than a typical microwave.

I like the heating element at the top (Samsung calls it power grill) that makes your food more crispy, similar to baking it. The biggest negative is the touch pad is not good. It usually takes multiple times pressing the numbers to get them to register. My 18-year old GE worked flawlessly in the regard.
