Works great - even has a grilling feature Small glitch - after 6 months, has been shorting out somehow, so that timer comes on, saying press start; fan has come on on it's own several times; contacting Samsung customer service

This microwave is just about perfect. Its very quiet, cooks food well in both microwave and and powergrill functions, cleans up easily, and has an excellent vent. My one complaint is with the touch controls. If your hands are dirty and you want to use your knuckles, it wont register. You don't need to press the buttons, but it does require the pad of your finger to work. Its pretty responsive overall though.

Very happy with this microwave. Every feature you could want and huge internal capacity. The build is great with plenty of stainless steel where you want and need it. The front is very clean with a true stainless steel handle unlike to plastic you see on so many other brands made to simply look like stainless steel. Install and setup was a breeze and the four fan speeds go from mild to extreme, which is awesome.

Presets work well.the power grill is cool.works great for a quick meal.the stand for the power grill is something to get used to but works well

Overall we have really enjoyed this microwave. We haven't it had it long so it is hard to tell how it will be in a couple years, but no complaints so far.

Beware, I had to order a total of three units to get one that was acceptable. The first one the led lights didn't work, the second one came damaged and the exhaust fan only worked on two settings. Finally, the third came with a dent on the side. Best buy took care of me in the form of a discount, so I decided I could live with it and most of it is not visible when installed. One star was taken off because Samsung needs to improve their quality control. I might have taken off more if Best Buy wasn't so great about taking care of me. I have had the unit for a few months now and it has been nothing short of great. The 400 cfm is one of the highest I have found and comes in handy when cooking.

The microwave is everything we wanted. The top brown/broiler function is great. I would have given it 5 stars but there are two things that bother me. First, the technical space are wrong. It stated that the unit is 18.5 inches tall. This is not true at all it's only 16.5 inches. I had a custom cabinet built to accommodate the height and was surprised when we installed it that it was 2 inches short. The other is with the broil function, it's very easy to touch and burn yourself as there is nothing blocking the heat elements. It wold have been nice if they were ressed into the top a bit so that it wouldn't be so easy to touch.

we had a GE stove top microwave before but this unit. Samsung stove top Microwave has more function and much user friendly with so many other feature built in.

Had issues with three Samsung microwaves and had to take this one as upgrade. Well it seems quality of the Samsung products is lacking. They come with manufactured made impressions u can see in the face of the product and now the fan in the one I have installed currently is making a rattling noise. Bad luck or just poor quality? I would stay away from this product and go with something else.

It would be even better if Best Buy had included a Paper manual with it. not happy that I have to keep running to the computer to see how to operate the dang thing!

I think its a little to big for me but mu husband wanted it and glad we did very spacious, heats fast, you can grill what more could you want.

we like the power grill feature... the presets work well

My wife found the microwave as a replacement for the one that stopped working. It's features are way more advanced and finish matches our range now. Good buy!

Great microwave and love top grill and great for quick pizza. Only thing I don't like is big door could be sometime be annoying then regular microwave door.

Looks good works well except for cooking meat bacon cooks well but other meats no so well but it is a microwave first with a power grill option

Third time was the charm with this one, received 2 other unopened units that had been damaged in the same corner of the front panel. After the 3rd coming in pristine, went in easily and is working great. Can't wait to try the grilling features. The controls at the bottom of the door is way cool and easy to get to.
