This was a Christmas present for my wife, we didn't really need it yet but she wanted it so were redoing the entire kitchen , The appliances look great, wanted Black stainless but not everything was available in black

There were some bad reviews on this product, but i bought it on clearance, so I took a gamble. So far it's working as designed with no issues. Haven't really tried to use the grill for amything yet.

Great microwave and I loved that it also grills. Goes well with my other Samsung appliances.

I would not suggest this microwave. First of all the power grill is not very effective and I never use it. I tried it a few times and it is so underwhelming it is just a waste of internal space. Secondly, after about 9 months I starting seeing that there was time on the microwave. I would hit "clear" but mysteriously time would be on there again after a while. I found out that the 7 button on the microwave must be faulty because it puts 7 seconds on even when no one has touched it. The odd thing is that even if you wait a week it will still only have the 7 seconds. I would think that if the button was faulty their would be random 7's going on periodically so you would expect to see 77 seconds then 7:77 and so on but you don't. It is only that initial one.

Sleek looking, matches other appliances and has many features other models did not have.

This was an excellent purchase for the price. Easy to use and quite easy to install.

Does everything I need to do and more. The features are great for my family

Samsung micro, who would have thought it? So far so good! Works good, ours was very old! 18+ years, so we have to learn that this one nukes very hot! Haven't had the chance to use the "heat" element yet, but am excited because I hate soggy nuked pizza, this will eliminate that. Can't wait for next pizza! Love the digital display makes popcorn great, baked potatoes,and reheats stuff well!

Aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate. Nice and quiet and easy to clean.

Grill feature is ok, steak or chicken not really browned like you would think. The microwave works great with a lot of features that come in handy

Never bought Samsung before. Was nervous a bit. But, the review helped. Once we got it and put up, it really tells why so many people liked it. It is better than I expected and goes so well in our newly refaced kitchen. We were particular about the 400 CFM and it works great. Vents out all smells very nicely. Would definitely recommend.
